What is the Daniel Pendley Online Coaching Program?
The Daniel Pendley Online Coaching Program is a training system developed by Daniel over the past 23 years. Daniel’s system is a proven coaching program that thousands of successful real estate agents have used to meet their goals.

How do I receive my Online Coaching Lessons?
Once your broker has teamed up with Daniel Pendley & Associates every agent in their office receives emails that contain the Online Coaching Lessons. Click on your Company Logo / Manager’s photograph or the View Today’s Lesson link and your lesson will open to the In House Support Worksheet, complete and submit.

All the agents in my office are receiving their lessons but me. Why am I not receiving them?
If you are not receiving your lessons you want to check the following:

Do we have your correct email address?

Is your email box full? This needs to be checked periodically.

Adjust your email filter.

Have you checked your Spam, Junk or Bulk folders?

The online coaching files are large files. Be sure that your inbox messages have been filed or deleted. If the email lesson does not have sufficient space it will bounce back and will not be received.

I am unable to hear the lesson. What am I to do?
Simple, first, do you have a sound card on your computer? Second, check your speakers. Are they on? Is the volume turned down? Thirdly, check your volume control through your Control Panel on your computer. Is the volume on mute?

I have been completing the Basic Report Form. Now I would like to move forward to the Play the Game. How will I do this? Will it create a conflict in my reporting?
No, when you decide to move forward to the Play the Game portion of the program, all you need to do is to click on the Play the Game link. This will give you the advanced numbers to track your business in greater detail.

When I open the Handout / Assignment Link it is in a .pdf format, how can I print the document?
Once the document is opened, look at the top of the screen. You will see an Icon that looks like a printer. Click on that Icon and your document will print.

What if I go on vacation for 1, 2, 3 weeks? Will I come back to an abundance of lessons to view?
No. We have recently added a new feature for agents who will be away from the email for an extended amount of time. All you have to do is click on the “Pause Online Coaching” button and your all set. Once you return from your time off you may simply select the “Resume Online Coaching” link and your lessons will be automatically sent to your email.

I get to the end of the movie and there are several links, when I click on one of the links to print it the movie rewinds back to the beginning and I have to rewatch the movie each time before I can move on to the next link. Is there a way to fast forward or how do I print out the links without having to watch the movie again and again?
Unfortunately, the flash movie does not allow you to fast forward to the end. However, there is a way to prevent rewatching the movie again and again and this is how. At the end of the movie, right click the mouse button this will launch a window. Click on play to pause, click play again to remove from pause or rewind to replay the movie again. While the movie is in the pause position, this will allow the viewer to manipulate through the links at the end of the movie to print out the lesson handout or other attachments.
